WHO OWNS WHAT?
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to the images, the design, trademarked logo and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited.
GENNY GRAHAM retains all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full payment has been received.
BUYING PROCESS
Cancellations - We cannot cancel or amend orders after they have been placed.
We use Royal Mail and DHL as our shipping services.
It takes up to 3 days to process an order once it has been placed. Once your order had been placed it will take a further 1-3 days to arrive. (There may occasionally be circumstances beyond our control when shipping will be delayed. If your package is late for its estimated delivery then do get in touch with us at info@gennygraham.com).

We accept payment online by Maestro, Solo, Electron, Visa, and MasterCard. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential, so we never see any of your card information.
PRICING
Your payment is taken when you order, so you will always be charged the price that is listed on the website at the time of your order.

DAMAGE &QUALITY CONCERNS
Risk of damage or deterioration to the goods passes to you, as the buyer on delivery, so please open and inspect your goods as soon as they arrive. If you contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo at info@gennygraham.com we will do our best to rectify it with the option of either a refund or a replacement.
We cannot accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following delivery problems:
