Delivery is a flat rate of £2.85 BUT... if you choose to splash out you can get FREE DELIVERY with all orders over £40!!

We get cracking on processing your order as soon we recieve it. It usually takes around 3 days to process and a further 1-3 days to arrive, so never fear. You will have your favourite GENNY GRAHAM product in your hands within a week of ordering!

We are happy top say that all of our packaging is 100% recyclable and we are constantly working on ways for us to make our production process as energy efficient as possible!

Currently we do not offer delivery outside the UK, but we moving towards extending our reach within the EU in the future, so keep you eyes peeled or join our mailing list for more updates...

As the risk of damage or deterioration to the goods passes to you, as the buyer on delivery, it is very importnat that you open and inspect your goods as soon as they arrive. If you are unsatified with your order please contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo at info@gennygraham.com we will do our best to resolve the issue. There are a few delivery issues that we cannot accept responsiblity for if they cause quality deterioration or loss of packages. For more information on this please see our Terms page.
