Adressing our favourite dressing: Organic Cyder Vinegar

At GENNY GRAHAM we use Aspall Organic Cyder Vinegar, a Great Taste Award winning product, as one of the ingredients in our own Award Winning pepper jellies. It’s a win win! It is made from organically grown desert and cyder apples that are crushed and allowed to ferment naturally over approximately 2-4 weeks, then bottled as an unpasteurised finished product. Apple cyder vinegar when abbreviated is also known as ACV.
